Workshops and Events Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
All workshop tuitions include a $10 non-refundable registration fee.
Cancellations 15 or more days prior to start of a workshop will receive a full refund (less the $10 non-refundable registration fee). Cancellations within 14-7 days of the start of the workshop - refund or studio credit is available (less a $15 processing fee). For cancellations less than 7 days before the workshop, we will only be able to issue a refund or studio credit (less a $15 processing fee) if you are able to find a replacement for your reserved space. Cancellations within 48 hours of the start of the workshop, if you do not show up, or if you leave an event early for any reason, no credit or refund is available.
Studio 108 Yoga reserves the right to cancel any program at any time. If this is necessary, we will issue a full refund.
Arrival and Check-in:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the workshop is scheduled to begin so that we can complete registration and begin the session on time.
