Core Yoga Sculpt (AL)

This fun class is a combination of yoga & pilates-based poses and is specifically designed to strengthen the abdominal and back muscles. As you are guided through a series of strength-building poses, you will be treated to a friendly, informal atmosphere and fun, rockin' music to get your inner fire burning!  Class is suitable for all levels.

Gentle Yoga (B, AL)

Designed for those desiring to work at a slower pace to increase flexibility & range of motion.  Class includes gentle vinyasa, yin and restorative postures as well as pranayama (breathing) techniques, meditation & relaxation.

Prenatal Yoga (B)

A wonderful class for expectant moms that incorporates yoga postures, breathing, relaxation, and meditation. Prenatal Yoga is designed to keep the mom-to-be healthy and fit and to prepare for birth and beyond.  Prenatal Yoga is a great way to stay physically healthy and emotionally grounded during pregnancy.  It addresses challenges inherent to pregnancy and childbirth while nourishing the spirit to set the stage for confident parenting.

Relax and Restore (B, AL)

Likened to the "sweet dessert" of yoga styles, Restorative yoga allows the student to linger in soothing stillness. The postures are deeply supported by blankets, blocks and bolsters and are held for several minutes at a time.

Restorative Yoga will help you relieve stress and gain confidence in your body's strength, balance and flexibility.  In time and with practice, you will be rewarded with the ability to drop with effortlessness into a place of deep contentment wherever you are, on or off of your yoga mat.  Enjoy the benefits of meditative breathing in a class designed to help rejuvenate you by stretching the body and calming the mind.

Tantric Hatha (I, AL)

A transformative class that combines asana, vinyasa, pranayama, mantra, relaxation, meditation, and other energetic  practices.  Designed to develop deeper internal awareness, balanced energy, and greater physical and mental ease, this class is a true celebration of the practice of yoga.  Some prior yoga experience helpful but not required.

Vinyasa (Active Beginners, I, A)

An energetic, flowing class synchronizing breath with movement, allowing your yoga practice to become a moving meditation.  Build strength, flexibility and concentration.  Vinyasa relieves tension in the body and calms the mind.  Each class will include a flowing practice, breathwork, meditation, relaxation and thorough instructions on refinement of poses.  Students are encouraged & shown how to modify poses & work at their own level.

Our Vinyasa classes range from Vinyasa 1, a slower & more instructional class appropriate for active beginners, All-Levels Vinyasa, a beginner-to-intermediate level class that includes faster flows & more challenging poses (some yoga experience helpful) and Vinyasa 1-2, an intermediate-to-advanced level class appropriate for more experienced yoga practitioners.

Yin Yoga (B, AL)

A quiet practice of floor stretches that safely encourages the opening of connective tissues, leaving the student feeling light, spacious & relaxed.  A perfect class for beginners and advanced practitioners as well as atheletes wishing to gain flexibility to complement more vigorous sports.

Yoga Fundamentals (B, I)

An informal class setting to introduce yoga poses using props, alignment, relaxation, breathing techniques & philosophy.  Perfect for students new to yoga or continuing students wishing to refine their practice.

Celebrate Yoga!!  All Friday classes are One Hour in length and a special rate of $10.  Pay for a drop-in or use your class package.

**All Classes are 75 minutes in length except for Friday classes and unless otherwise noted**
